Certificates
It is the declared aim of the Congress Center Villach (CCV), as set forth in our mission statement, to not merely fulfil the expectations of customers but to arouse their enthusiasm.
If a company is pursuing this objecitve and wants to work systematically, the ISO Certificate, a management model that is recognized and implemented throughout the world, offers appropriate help in achieving that goal. In 1998, the CCV already obtained the certificate, which was issued for 3 years in accordance with the Austrian standard ÖNorm EN ISO 9002:1994. On 16th December 2004, the CCV was able to obtain a recertification (=renewal) for the second time, in accordance with the new Austrian standard ÖNorm EN ISO 9001:2000
