In addition to the two large conference halls and foyers, Congress Center Villach offers a variety of other rooms and facilities.


SEMINAR ROOMS 1, 2, 4 - located in the "Red Cube"

  • Seat up to 120
  • Can be used separately or together
  • Note: there are 4 columns in the centre of the room
  • Accessible directly or from outside
  • Access through the foyers and direct access from Europaplatz
  • Daylight, darkening equipment, carpeted floor
  • Range of events: Workshops, seminars, meetings, presentations, corporate functions, exhibitions, buffets


KLEINER SAAL A + B - Upper Level 1

  • Seat up to 130
  • Can be used separately or together
  • Daylight, darkening equipment, carpeted floor
  • Range of events: Meetings, workshops, seminars, lectures, presentations, Corporate functions, exhibitions, coffee breaks, intermission buffets

Your wish is our command!

In the Holiday Inn on 345 sqm of top-notch conference room facilities:

  • friendly and light with a view of the Drava River
  • electronically dimmable lighting and fully air conditioned
  • the most up-to-date technological facilities
  • sound system, microphones, interpreter facilities
  • Wireless LAN and high-speed Internet connections
  • Beamer, electric screens  

The four conference rooms (Drau 1 to 4) are remarkably combinable and offer space for up to 250 people.

For exclusive meetings, eight other small conference rooms for 10 to 20 participants are available.
 
If you should need more space, you can easily reach the Congress Center Villach from our hotel via a glass corridor.   

We have light-flooded foyers for coffee breaks or receptions - and we provide everything from finger foods to delicious buffets, served menus or festive gala evenings, either in-house or away - we offer the appropriate solution for all occasions.  Our team will be more than happy to create an individual offer to meet your needs.

    Use: Advance booking, box office, storage area, media office, organizers´ office
  • Doctor´s Office in the Entrance Hall (10 sq. m) with standard medical equipment
  • Organizers´ Office on the Intermediate Level (44 sq. m) with a meeting corner, glass facade with panoramic view of the foyer, office equipment, communication and office technology
    Use: Organization office for conventions, conferences and events, press room, meeting room, storage area, coffee break area for event organizers
  • Storeroom, room for preparing slide shows e.g. in Seminar Room 4 or in the Ticket Office
  • Lounges, catering and changing rooms 
     - Catering rooms and lounges with drinks machines and cooking facilities
     - 9 single and group dressing rooms, with make-up tables, showers and toilets, towels and soap provided, monitoring system for the stage in the Josef-Resch-Hall
    Use: Performers´ dressing rooms, preparation rooms for speakers/presenters/actors, coffee-break and catering rooms for event organizers
